Comments:

I recently switched to Enduro riding from XC and had always loved my Egg Beaters. I started off this summer with CB Candys for more platform but started having issues getting into my pedals with the burlier enduro shoes. I tried the SPDs on a friend's bike with his shoes and I was instantly reminded of the definite solid feel of getting clipped into SPDs. Also, a solid release and having the adjustable tension for each side is a huge plus. I was going to get XTs but spent a little extra for the higher quality XTRs.
