    Comments:

this is the first SPD pedals I used! I bought it in Iran! I found it efficient! It's possible to use so easy both with and without cleat!it has a flat side which is wide enough! I do bicycle touring and alwase have tow shoes, cleatless one for the falt side and a shoes with cleat for the other side! it has a good washer around ball bearing which protect it against dust and give it long life!

never went clipless until i purchased a rode bike. great trainer for beginners, even now after a month they work well with clipping in. only time i dont clip in is when i know i have to slow down for signs or traffic up ahead

        Comments:

I love these pedals because there are times I simply want to hop on my bike and go to the grocery store or library without putting on biking shoes. Then, for those times when I want to go for a longer ride I clip in with my biking shoes and go. The only down side is that it sometimes takes a little longer to make the connection between the pedal and the shoe.
