    Comments:

Got these for my road bike when I started doing triathlons; the good folks at RBM were able to get me into a very comfortable position that I could hold with no trouble. Bars are very light and attach securely, although the non-folding pads mean you lose the use of your crossbar, but the pads are very comfy, even when riding for hours. It's not apparent from the picture, but the grip area is not round, but rather pointed along the front aspect, which makes them very grippy, even with wet hands, no gloves and no tape on the bars. There are pass-through holes on the underside of the extensions if you prefer to use bar-end shifters and route the cables internally.
